PRICING, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please Note:
All course payments are to be pre-paid in advance of training
and please refer to our enclosed outline of standard payments,
discounts, attendance, cancellation and transfer fee conditions

Stage 1 Course: (Standard Rate)
$346.96 + 15% GST p/p ($399 inc)
The standard rate for attendance of one individual participant.
Refer to Stage 1 Course.

Stage 1 Course: (Company / Group Rate)
$330.00 + 15% GST p/p ($379.50 inc)
(Refer to our discount conditions)
A discounted rate for attendance of a small group of participants.
The group does not have to all attend the same course
but all participants must be pre-booked.

Stage 1 Course: (Corporate / Lease Client Rate)
$310.00 + 15% GST p/p ($356.50 inc)

The discounted rate available for attendance of a large group
of participants, corporate organisation or lease company client.

Stage 2 Course: (Corporate)
Individual Participant                $456.52 + 15% GST p/p   ($525.00 inc)
Corporate / Lease Company     $410.00 + 15% GST p/p   ($471.50 inc)

Please note: Prior attendance on our Stage 1 course is a
pre-requisite before attending a Stage 2 Corporate course.
The Stage 2 Corporate course is for existing Corporate clients
and is designed and intended as a progression, refresher
and extension of the content contained in one Stage 1 courses.
It is ideally suited to the occupational driver and work environment.

Conferences / Team Building / Special Group Rates
Tailored Pricing upon Request
If you would like to organise a group booking to co-incide with an
upcoming conference, a team building exercise, product launch or a
corporate client function, an "exclusive event day" rate is available.

We are vastly experienced in arranging and co-ordinating your exclusive
event in order to achieve maximum results at minimal costs.
We are able to individually arrange venues, caterers, additional vehicles,
and any required resources to ensure your function is a memorable success.

Specialist Advanced Driving Courses
Tailored Pricing upon Request
Given the specialist expertise and background of some our NZ Advanced Driver Training
instructional personnel, we are able to offer "specialist groups" individually
tailored and structured "specialist driver training options"

We have conducted specialist advanced training courses for a large
number of both Government and "other" organisations... including:

NZ Police, L.T.N.Z, NZ Customs, O.S.H, Crown V.I.P Drivers,
Foreign Embassy and High Commission staff, NZ Defence Force,
NZ Internal Affairs Dept and numerous other agencies & authorities.

Course Payments:

	Full remittance of invoice prior to the commencement of the training.
	NZ Advanced Driver Training accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Internet Banking and Cheque.
	Please ring us direct on (0800) DRIVE1 (374831) to arrange.
	Please Note: The client company and/or the individual participant will be legally liable for any and all legal and other costs incurred and associated with the full recovery of any outstanding monies and debts.

Discount Conditions:

	NZ Advanced Driver Training generously affords discounted training options, account invoicing and a limited line of credit facility to our corporate and company clients... However:
	For you to receive the full financial benefit of your discounted attendance pricing, it is strictly conditional upon your prompt remittance of our invoiced account in full by the listed due date.
	In the event of your failure to fully remit your account by the listed due date, then by your own actions you will have voided the preferential discounted pricing afforded your organisation...
	In this case... your driver training bookings will still remain unaltered as booked and the original invoice will still remain payable... but at the normal full non-discounted standard attendance rate.
	This policy is unfortunately necessary due to the repeated historical inability of some companies to successfully fulfil their financial commitments and pay their accounts by the due dates. (We won't wait un-necessarily for late payments and still continue to give you discount as well!!!)

We will afford our corporate & company clients discounts...
but only if you will afford us prompt and timely payment!!!
(Discount is strictly conditional upon our payment conditions being complied with)
(Any instances of late payment may subsequently jeopardise any future discounts)

Course Attendance:

	NZ Advanced Driver Training Courses operate with strictly limited attendance numbers.
	Any instance of non-attendance deprives the opportunity for someone else to have attended.
	It also detrimentally effects the operation and increases the costs to everyone.
	"Exclusive Days" are billed as a "flat daily fee"... any reduction in your attendee numbers will not result in a reduction in your invoiced amount or any refund.
	In the event of weather, transportation, logistical or any other operational issues that may subsequently necessitate our deferment of any programmed course, your booked activity attendance may need to be postponed and subsequently rescheduled to an alternate date/time. (Refunds outside of our originally applicable standard operating terms and conditions will not be entertained... However, an opportunity to undertake on a later course date will be offered.) (NZ Advanced Driver Training is not in any way liable for any additional costs associated with the postponement and/or your subsequent re-attendance onto the rescheduled new date.)
	Please Note: "Refunds" or "Credits" can not be made for non arrivals... Individual substitutions can be made at any time prior to the commencement of the course at no cost. Any requests for deferment or transfer of course bookings are as outlined below.

Cancellation Fee Schedule:

	8 weeks or more prior to booked training course.................... 100% Refund
	4 - 8 weeks prior to booked training course............................. 50% Refund
	Less than 4 weeks prior to booked training course.................... NO Refund
	Exclusively booked training courses.......................................... NO Refund

Transfer Fee Schedule:

	Consideration and any subsequent approval to transfer course attendance dates is at the sole discretion of NZ Advanced Driver Training.
	Any subsequent request for a transferred course attendance will not even be considered unless the original invoice has already been pre-paid in full.
	Any course transfer request within 28 days of the originally confirmed course date will incur an additional Transfer Fee of........... $100 + GST per person
	Any course transfer request within 7 days of the originally confirmed course date will not generally be entertained.......... No Refund & No Transfer
